The architecture and policy section will regularly refer to the coordination and configuration section for implementation details. I considered combing these sections, but rejected this because the details also need to be referenced from the scenarios section.
I considered leaving out the scenarios, but them, all you'd have in the configuration details was an a la carte menu with no complete meals to look at as examples.
My fondest hope is that you'll use the book something like this:
Read the Preface, Intro, and Architectures sections, put down the book, make the hard choices, order the hardware and Internet connections you'll need. Wait for the equipment and lines to be delivered.
Briefly review scenario chapters picking scenario closest to your situation
Follow refs to policy and details chapters as needed, using ordering from appropriate scenario
Monitor and test, troubleshooting as necessary
